TRUST IN YOUR LIGHT

Hi everybody,

Trusting in your light and opening to greater depths with in the heart can often be challenging when faced with change and breaking free from old ways of being and sometimes old friends. So often we create scenarios projecting our inner feelings to those we are opposing to disconnect from when what we are really wanting to disconnect from is the uncomfortable feeling we are having when we are around that place or person.
Remembering that we are actually opposing ourselves is the key to greater harmony and a more expanded loving heart.From this place we have the power to transform old thoughts and feelings.
Moving to the city I have been blessed with living in a beautiful 2 story townhouse overlooking the ocean. It is absolutely gorgeous. I wake up in the morning feeling like a child on Christmas morning waiting to open her presents. My present being, pulling back the curtains to see the amazing colour and view of the ocean on that day.
Since having the pleasure of living in this apartment, the reality of having common walls, no back yard, living next to a drive threw bottle shop/pub/TAB, and on the corner of a busy intersection with this road being the regular route for trucks I have often felt like I need some space. I am surrounded by noice all the time, where is the silence???? Unknowingly I started to shut off sensing with my heart to be able to handle the energy. Being so sensitive I was feeling the vibration of a lifestyle I left long ago. A part of me inside just wanted to go back to the country and have some peace. Silence is like gold for me and I am used to having time on my own in my own space.I felt like I needed to protect myself from the heavy energy. To add to this the owners of the apartment came home to stay for a couple of weeks and even though they are not here often and I don't mind their company I noticed I was wanting to know when they were out and I had the house to myself. There was resistance in my heart and I could feel it.I was loosing more and more of my space and peace but at the time didn't consciously recognise what from.
 I could feel my self holding my breath and I felt like I wanted to run away and hide from the world and knew this was not the answer. I needed to let go of the resistance, so I did what any sane, loving person would do to ease the pain...I booked in for a massage :)
As I was being massaged it was really obvious my heart and solar plexes were blocked there was no movement. I became present with my breath and body and I started to breathe into the area that was blocked and breathe out the sound of what I was holding, I was able to go deeper into my heart and listen to what it was telling me, bringing space back into my heart again.
The tears fell and I could see my pattern easily, all my life I had conditioned my self to survive in an environment that was heavy and it took so much out of me to hold my space of positivity in an environment of negativity. It was tiring, having to clear the space all the time and set up grids for protection.
I know that love is the most powerful form of protection but being human I would fall in and out of love all the time depending on where my head was at.I needed to continually trust in the power of my light to be my protection.
I knew this was an opportunity to change a pattern of mine and expand in my heart consciousness.
I had to say "yes" and bring light to the anger, noice and a lower frequency and stay centered.The circumstances I could not say yes to, I had to say, "yes" to the" no"
When I arrived home from my massage, I was very open and aware of my old pattern and had made a choice to create a new pattern of genuine love and compassion in the face of adversity, not just saying I would, but actually feeling the love and compassion. I had the perfect opportunity when walking in the front door.
One of the people at home was fuming with a personal situation that was really upsetting her and she exploded with the story and how angry she was with the situation. After coming home from a place of complete love and oneness to anger and abuse was a shock to my system and one I do not welcome, how ever, here I was, I had manifested this opportunity to BE in oneness, love and compassion.
 I fully said yes to being in the firing line of the anger and trusted in the power of my love and light to transform the anger. I really heard her pain and could understand how hurt she was to see someone she loved being unfairly treated. Tears of compassion for her fell from my eyes in the recognition of a part of me that she was representing, In hearing her heart she was also able to hear her heart and tears of this recognition also fell. The anger was transformed in the light and love of compassion and we both experienced a beautiful healing.
Each person on this planet is a part that makes up the whole and while our brothers and sisters are in pain we to are also in pain. bringing love and compassion to a situation of anger and disharmony the anger will either leave or be transformed into love. As we take the higher road of learning and bring peace, love,harmony and compassion to ourselves we automatically radiate this energy for others to feel and resonate with.
Any darkness in transformed into light or it moves.
Trust in the power of your light and the next time you are faced with someone or something you want to avoid, hit over the head, or scream at, challenge yourself and embrace it in love and compassion and see what happens . You may be surprised at the power of your light to out shine any darkness.Being in harmony with yourself you also have the opportunity to bring another to meet you in that love.
Remember to have fun in the learning and don't take it to seriously and you will breeze through it.

Making way for the New Energies Arriving

With the new energies arriving and full moon in Aries on Wednesday this is a highly charged week.
We are being asked in each moment to let go of old relationships, habits and old behaviours to make room for the new energies arriving.
With each down pouring of the new light frequencies it is getting easier for us to see and make changes that need to happen to align more with the higher vibrating frequencies of our I am presence.
Letting go of old attachments and forgiveness of ourselves is very important right now.
The shadow aspect must be faced so we can hold more light in our bodies.
There is nothing to fear about our shadow and connecting more with the inner worlds of all that is as nothing has the power over you unless you allow it.
The divine law states, you are whole, you are a part of the whole, therefore everything outside of you is a part of you. The dark force or shadow you have been fearing is the power of you in your shadow self ,a part of you also that makes up the whole. Recognising this gives you the power to transform any negative or shadow aspects of the self into light.
You are bringing conscious awareness to the fullness of the light in which you are, through recognising the shadow or dark part of yourself.
In each moment you recognise a part of your shadow self, come back to your center through your breath and transform this part of you. If you are having trouble bringing this aspect of your self into the light find someone who can assist you.

Don't be afraid to look at what it is in you that needs transforming from dark into light or from the unconscious to the conscious. Ask to see the truth in all situations.

There is contrasting energy on all levels and parallels and in each level or layer there is transformation of the shadow into light and awareness for spiritual growth and your evolution.

As you work with transforming the shadow in you, you gain insight and awareness to a greater part in you and you can integrate more of who you here on the planet. As each level of consciousness is transformed and you move your awareness to a higher state of consciousness you will be faced with the shadow again to transform on this level to gain more understanding again of the self and the power of who you are.

Understanding higher law is understanding higher consciousness. There is an order and process, step by step which uncovers more of the veil you have been leaving behind on this earth so be patient and forgiving with yourself.

The new children being birthed today the " Rainbow Children" carry a higher consciousness there fore a higher frequency and have more understanding and have transformed or evolved enough spiritually that when they come to this reality they have understanding of the truth and will be operating from this truth.

There is duality here on earth however holding higher frequencies of light the shadow is always easier to transform. This is what is upgrading with us now. If the children like us still have shadow aspects to transform within, this will be showing in situations surrounding them to transform this within themselves there fore the earth and all that is.

As the earth evolves in consciousness so do we.

The reflection of the earth clearing her imbalances and showing her power in the manifestation of creation herself is to be noted. You as a human race are also transforming old thought forms,patterns and ways and finding new awareness that brings more love,peace,harmony and understanding to the process of evolution.

Your planet is one of the few planets that operate in the way of the veil of which governs the consciousness accessed on the planet. This veil is a part of the brain which through evolution of consciousness is bought more into light. We humans are getting an opportunity to experience the power in which we have to transform the way we see our lives forever.

Life becomes more magical behind the veil as you have more wisdom and insight to create and live a life in harmony,peace and great love with awareness. Our mental bodies and our hearts are joining and coming together in balance. The opening of the third chamber of the heart connecting to the Christ consciousness grid which is being formed and integrated now.

Templates of the grid are now joining and coming together within the mind of the heart, also connecting with the crystalline frequencies. What appears to be forming from outside of us or coming down from the sky has always been there inside of our hearts,it is just more easily accessible to people if they choose to connect to the channel within the mind of God or higher consciousness.

Our clearing to be able to listen deeper into the heart, accessing the Christ mind within the heart, clear communication and relationship forms, the energy of that mind/heart connection becomes stronger.
The connection gains you access into the inner worlds. The Inner worlds are the inner worlds within you. As what you see outside of you is a reflection of what is within ( within the inner worlds)

and you understand something differently. Nothing has changed, the book is still has the same cover and you are still reading the same words but the way in which you interpret them is different as your consciousness becomes more aware.
The power of this full moon together with the down pouring of light in these few days gives us an amazing opportunity to let go, transform and expand more into the love and light of who we truly are.
These are indeed exciting times

THE NEW CRYSTALINE ENERGY AND WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU

With the new consciousness being awakened from within and realigning, this frequency is activating our own crystaline energy held with in the DNA . This beautiful energy being re awakened with in us is pure love. It is softness and gentleness.

Imagine holding  the most beautiful jewel or crystal, it's form feels solid but apon attuning to the energy and senseing inside of your heart you open to a space of expanded peace and love.

This is what is happening now within us all with the assension process . we are coming to a time now where we can experience more of this vibration of love and gratitude in our bodies. It feels like our hearts are expanding more and more in love and joy, and it is :) 

With all the changes and the quickening pace of our lives, this beautiful crystaline energy is what is emerging from within us. We are remembering what it is like to live in love, making choices for the greater good and discovering kindness for ourselfs again.

To live in a world of love, peace and gratitude we need to BE this.

We are being guided and directed inward to make changes in our everyday decision making to bring ourselves joy and happiness. Making choices that bring us joy automatically brings all people, and living things joy.
One by one we add to the consciousness and together the mass consciousness shifts to love ,peace,harmony, joy and gratitude.
This is what is happening with the planet which is also excellerating the speed of our growth.
Gratitude everyday for all you receive/ have received and are going to receive is one of the fastest ways to open the door for not only what is waiting for you to receive but also the whole planet.

All of us together shifting our everyday thought inward to our hearts actually assists the whole universe.
REMEMBER YOU ARE THE UNIVERSE and all things flow from within you


We make choices all the time thinking of others as this is natural and it also makes us feel good which is great. It is also important to include yourself in the thinking, as you are just as important as somebody else.
After all we are all equally important, right?
Valuing the self in your world and making your self accountable for all you do in your life is empowered living and empowered living has a much stronger force which adds and assists to the rebalancing not only of your own life but also again the planets
.
It is is our conditioning always to," look outside" and "give outside" of ourselves for fullfilment.
True fullfilment will imerge naturally from within when you listen inside and make heart based decsions in each moment. It is from this place of connection that we start to flow naturaly with life giving and receiving from a place of unconditional love and fullness.

While we are re balancing we can be a little like a pendulum,swinging one way and then the other while we are finding our way but after a few swings we find the middle and balance.

So it may feel like you are being very indulgent and selfish when you first start listening to your heart and it is saying, say yes to you and no to others, but while we are finding our natural balance if we have been out of alignment we will need to put some energy into the otherside to find our true natural flow again. 

So as you awaken to the greater love of you enjoy finding your true balance this is where true happiness lives.

True freedom is obtained only when you set yourself free,there is no one holding you in bondage but you. You are the freedom in which you seek.

Forgive yourself, what you see as short comings are just bumps in the road leading you to higher ground. With each bump you are bumped up to higher learning,more learnings to discover the real you, the true you, the magnifecent you.
You are the one that loves unconditionally and that holds all the ancient wisdom within, the one who has the answers,the one that can manifest the life your heart truely desires with great ease and grace.

You are the one who is God/Goddess, all that is. This is you.
                          You are what you seek.

The search is over when you see this truth and love yourself enough to lead your own path,your own truth,Your own council.

You are the council

Cherish the moment, as this moment is all there is. There is nowhere to go nothing to hide, just full expression of your experience you are playing out in your life now.
The way you chose to play in this life makes a diference to the whole of exsistance in every space and time. 
This is you.
We are one.

Remembering who you Are?

Remembering the fullness of who you are is like collecting missing pieces of a jigsaw puzzel and for most of us with the lights of!!!
It is not until somebody turns on the light suddenly we can see where we are and have enough light to start finding the missing pieces.
This is what the journey here on earth is like. If you imagine you are a magnificent painting and when you arrived here on earth the ability to see all of yourself slowly dimishes as you became more and more conditions to the ways of the world. You are still that magnificent painting the fullness of who you are has never gone away and as you release old thought patterns and beliefs you are able to see more and more of yourself " the master piece" You remember how beautiful you truely are.
Each canvas here on earth is unique unto itself and as we remember who we are ,we remember that we are a piece of the grand puzzel. We are an important part of what makes up divine god/goddess and all that is.
You matter, and awakening to the fullness of who you are matters not only to you but to all that is.
Imagine the biggest city in the world in complete darkness, nobody can see where they are going, there is fear, caios and everybody is trying to find there way around in the dark. Now imagine you are a light in that city and everytime you remember who you are (a divinley loving being), the light switch is turn on and you can see where you are going. It is not only you who knows where they are going now, the radience of your light shines also for others around you and helps them to see also where they are going. Before you know it the whole city is alight and living with awareness and living from their hearts.
So where do we find the light switch to activate more of your light here on earth?
As our DNA is upgraded we are able to access more of our higher consciousness and the higher consciousness is heart consciousness. You will find the key in your heart.
One of my greatest learnings in which a very dear friend has been reminding me of is to always listen to your heart ,your heart always knows the truth.
I am very strong in my heart center and have always made life decisions based on my hearts knowing dispite the fear I may have been feeling at the time.I am now practicing to make my moment to moment decisions based on this truth also.
Sometimes it is not always easy to decide whether someone is being authentic with you or not. They may be saying beautiful things of love and light but it may not feel right. Always trust the feeling even if what someone is saying sounds good. How does it feel in your heart, and if your not sure just wait and make a choice when you are sure.
Allow yourself the time you need to listen to your heart and then follow it's  lead. You will always be lead more into the light and truth of who you are and it is a way to remember more of who you are.

A New Beginning

By now most of you viewing this would have heard about assension and the year 2012 being the beginning or end of the world as we know it.
So what does assension mean in simple terms?
It just means our consciousness or our thought processes are changing, so the way in which we will see things or issues in our lives is also changing.
The same thing is happening to the earth that is why there are so many natural disasters happening,floods , global warming, earthquakes, volcanoes etc is the natural process of the earth cleansing itself of old vibrations.
Mother Earth has been supporting and loving us unconditionally throughout time and through our unconscious thoughts or our lack of thinking.
Our footprint on the earth has made a mark and the earth can no longer take the abuse we have been giving anymore. She is in pain.
Our Planet has a consciousness just like we do so what we think and do has an effect and it is pretty clear by looking at the enviornmental issues she is in trouble.
It is time to clean up our thought processes. It is time to change, let go and release anything that is not working for you anymore. Start asking yourself deeper questions like Who are you? What are you doing here? What is the higher purpose of who you are?...... Now these are pretty big questions. Monks meditation on these questions for years and we are almost being forced or pushed to face these questions now through the events that are happening around us and in our lives.
If everything that is happening is a direct reflection of your subconscious thoughts, what are you contributing to?
What are you creating through conditioned thoughts?
What until now have you been unaware of?
What are you seeing now?.......
